Carla grew up in Oldtown. A rural area south of Cumberland, Maryland along the Potomac River. She grew up enjoying the outdoors and went on many fishing and hunting trips with her Dad. She appreciates all the outdoor recreation that is available year round in the mountains of Western Maryland.
